Meet Your Guide
Jim Kersey, CLU®, ChFC®, RHU®, REBC®, is the founder of Lighthouse Financial & Tax in Rocklin, California. For more than 40 years, he has helped pre-retirees and retirees across the Greater Sacramento area plan for the income side of retirement.
He's also an avid mountaineer. In the mountains, a sherpa is the experienced guide who has walked the terrain many times and knows where the footing gets tricky. That's the role Jim has aimed to play for his clients throughout his career, and it's the spirit behind this book.
